Is there a cheaper alternative to Greenhouse, Lever or Workable?
Hello is a lower-cost option for teams that mainly need a pipeline, AI CV screening, scorecards and interview scheduling. Plans start free for one recruiter and go to $19.99 a month for up to 10 members. If you need HRIS or payroll modules, those are not part of Hello.
How much does Hello cost?
One recruiter uses Hello free, with unlimited vacancies and candidates. Team plans are priced monthly: $4.99 for up to 3 members, $9.99 for up to 5 and $19.99 for up to 10.
Is there a per-user fee?
No. A team plan is a flat monthly price for a set number of members, and every plan has the same features.
Is AI CV screening included, or is it an add-on?
It is included in every plan, including the free one. Each applicant gets a match score with a reason per requirement, and you decide who moves forward.
