Questions HR and IT ask first
Can we use AI without internet access?
Yes. We install the AI together with Hello on your server, and it works inside your network, so your recruiters get AI CV screening without any internet connection.
Does Hello need an internet connection?
No. Once installed, Hello runs on your internal network. Internet access is needed only if you choose to add job-board sourcing through an approved machine.
Where is our candidate data stored?
On your own server, inside your company network. Candidate data does not go to us or to the internet.
Who installs it, and what do we need?
We install it together with your administrators. The documentation lists what the server needs, so your administrators can check it before the pilot.
How do updates work?
New versions are delivered with instructions for your administrators. You decide when to apply them.
Do recruiters need to install anything?
No. They open Hello in a browser on the internal network.
Can we use LinkedIn or HeadHunter?
Yes, if your policy allows it. Candidates can be brought in through one approved internet-connected machine, while the rest of the network stays closed.
